Open up a branch of our highly successful English School in your city.One to One English has been helping people learn how to speak English since 2006 and we have developed a concept that is high quality and high value for English students.
By establishing a branch of One to One English you become a part of our successful brand, you will own your school 100%. We will provide the teachers and you will employ them on contract individually (due to legislation). The teachers are Filipino and are professionally trained in our school in Cebu City, Philippines. They work 6 months contracts and live in the school while in Vietnam. We can also provide English, US or Canadian teachers - however this of course raises cost and prices for students.
Budget for a school with a maximum of 800 part time students is around USD $20,000 including USD $5,000 for marketing locally to fill up the first classes. This is based on renting a private home with 2 large rooms that can host classes of up to 20 students. Including 3 or 4 bedrooms where the teachers can live.
Running example with 200 part time students total expenses about USD $6,000 total revenue about USD $8,000. The price for students for 2 hour English Classes twice per week is USD $40.00.
We will help you start the school, provide the teachers and get you started with the marketing to get into operation. Our chain fee is 5% of gross revenue.
The example above is based on 200 students or only 25% of the schools capacity. With 50% occupancy (400 students) the gross profit is in the range of USD $8,500 per month.
