The grand exhibition is to be held during 16th - 21st October 2012 at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bang Na, Bangkok Thailand. "BIG+BIH October 2012 is held under the concept of Heart of Design & Lifestyle Showcase of ASEAN to emphasize the potential of Thailand and ASEAN member countries as a showcase of creativity and uniqueness of product design and manufacturing. Further, the bonding relationships of Asian member countries and the unification of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in 2015 will result the Asia-Pacific Region as centre of world economic expansion. As such, BIG+BIH event will be recognized as the largest Gift and Houseware Fair in the Region", said Mrs. Nantawan Sakuntanaga, Director-General of Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce. There will be approximately 600 leading business companies from both domestics and overseas showing their products in 1,620 booths on 40,000 square metres area in BIG+BIH October 2012. Moreover, Design Hall, show only top design products. While OTOP Pavilion will be a promoted the uniqueness of Thai local product to be accepted international.
