The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Duong province coordinated with the Chi Linh Town People’s Committee to conduct a survey programme and a workshop on Chi Linh tourism development on October 2 - 3, 2017.
Chi Linh Town has 272 historical and cultural relics and famous landscapes like Con Son - Kiep Bac, Chu Van An Temple, Huyen Quang Temple. The town has a very convenient traffic access to Hanoi and other places in the country. Chi Linh, situated on the northeast gateway to Hanoi, still has its tourism developed below its potential and position.
At the workshop, researchers, experts and tourism businesses believed that regional connectivity is needed to attract tourists and the focus should be placed on cultural tourism. Chi Linh Town should advertise and introduce destinations of interest via travel companies and mass media.
