Marine Liability and Risks Management with AIG

AIG General Insurance Vietnam (AIG VN) in conjunction with VCCI, HCMC Branch, on July 21 hold a seminar on marine liability and risks management with AIG. This is the first kind of seminar in Vietnam Marine Industry held by AIG.

 

The seminar alerts Vietnam marine Industry on common elements for risks qualifying as marine. These should include, but are not limited to ship repairers, stevedores, terminal operators, wharfingers, it also indicates the proactive approach to managing uncertainty, minimizing and implements risk management.

 

The seminar attracted more than 100 audiences at the management level from all enterprises in the marine activities such as shipbuilders, stevedores and wharfingers, member of Vietnam Port Associations, ship agents, etc. With the co-operation of VCCI, the seminar has given details regarding what companies who engaged to marine activities should be looking for to ensure that their legal marine liabilities are properly protected.
