14 Foreign Firms Seek to Order Vietnam Textile, Garment Producers
As many as 14 foreign firms, producers and distributors in textile and garment industry from Japan, Thailand, Israel and EU are now seeking for Vietnamese providers, an official of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) said.
Nguyen Thi Hong Tin, head of Vinatex's market research and promotion department, said Japan-based East Age Ltd Co. was searching for local producers of spandex-mixed cotton cloth in southern region for making T-shirts for exporting to Japanese markets.
Hong Kong's Associated Clothing Ltd Co. is looking for producers of fashionable clothes for women to export to British markets.
JMT Corporation Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking producers of Pique polo shirts (for men and women) for exporting to Japanese markets.
She added Access Asia Consulting, a French firm, wants to order Vietnamese producers for mosquitoes-nets. (Investment)
