AIA Vietnam Reinforce Its Position in Vietnam
AIA Vietnam Life Insurance Co Ltd has opened a new head office in the central province of Ha Tinh, marking it as a part of its strategy to reinforce its position in Vietnam.
Jamie Rains, general director of AIA Vietnam, said the new office will facilitate the insurer to expand its business and improve the service quality, meeting the soaring demand of domestic customers.
AIA Vietnam currently has 31 offices and 26 cities and provinces nationwide.
AIA Vietnam has increased its registered capital to VND1.4 trillion (US$73.3 million) from VND970 billion. This is the fifth increase since AIA Vietnam began operations in the Southeast Asian country in 2000.
AIA Vietnam, a 100% foreign-owned life insurer and a member of AIA Group, will mark the 10th anniversary of its operations in Vietnam this year. (Securities Investment)
