Hoang Lien Son Technical Ceramics Joint Stock Company (HOCERATEC) was established in 1979 as a State-owned business entity and was transformed into a joint stock company in 2004. HOCERATEC is proud to be a leading Vietnamese manufacturer of insulated ceramics for the electricity industry in Vietnam and the world.

 

HOCERATEC porcelain insulators at a voltage of 0.4 - 220 kV include line-post discs, ceramic bushing for transformers, ceramic circuit breakers, ceramic fuses, ceramic wall bushing insulators, ceramic station posts, and technical ceramics. Products are manufactured, tested and test-run according to IEC, DIN, ANSI and TCVN standards.

 

Building the brand name and customer confidence by providing high-quality products is the strategic and sustainable direction HOCERATEC chooses to go. The company invested in modern production equipment and technology from Germany, trained skilled workers, and applied three international quality management standard systems: ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, and ISO 14001. Its porcelain insulators have been trusted and used by customers in 61 provinces and cities in Vietnam and exported to many countries like Thailand, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos, Saudi Arabia and the United States.

 

To survive in a fiercely competitive environment, in the past years, the company has invested over VND20 billion to renovate equipment and technology to improve product quality. It has also strengthened professional training for all employees, of whom 19 percent hold university or college degrees and 81 percent are technical workers. It has stepped up internal compliance management to enhance activeness, dynamism and performance of available resources in all operating processes. To accomplish strategic objectives, it has focused on resolving problem in connection to productivity, product quality, economy, and environmental protection. So far, Hoceratec has won a lot of awards and titles, including Vietnam Golden Globe Quality Award, Asia - Pacific Quality Award, Vietnam Top 10 Trademark Gold Cup, “Developing Green Trademark” Award. The company was also decorated with the Third-grade Labour Order and the “Labour Hero in the Renovation Period” title by the State of Vietnam.
