During its development, To Uyen Construction JSC has always asserted its prestige in all works it takes charge of, with the motto “Safety – Quality – Progress”. An important reason for such achievement is that the company’s members have actively maintained its traditional market and expanded to new ones, and continuously applied modern technologies in production and construction of works across the country. In Lao Cai province in particular, the company has also been assigned some key works such as Ngai Thau Thuong Road (Bat Xat district), Thao Chu Pen Road (Muong Khuong district), Ca Nang Road (Si Ma Cai district), and the exterior of Steering Committee of Lao Cai Border Defence.

However, To Uyen has always determined to investment in reforms, equipment and facility upgrade as a decisive factor in corporate success. In 2013, the company gained estimated turnover of over VND30 billion, attended in procurement of some works, material exploitation and joined some projects in the South.
