Construction and Mechanic JSC (HTM) was established in 2002 with major fields of investing in infrastructure of industrial zones, urban areas, post logistics and construction. Currently, HTM is very successful with two warehouses for rent in Do Son district and Duong Kinh district, Hai Phong City. They are especially designed for FDI investors from Japan, the US, China who are operating stably.
 
 Especially, the project of Hai Thanh warehouse for rent in Hai Thanh ward, Duong Kinh district, was kicked off in 2011 with total investment of US$25 million and targets to lure foreign investors into supporting industries, clean and environment friendly industries. As planned, in 2015, the project will complete the whole infrastructure and in 2016 it will start to attract investors to fill up the project. Situated in the strategic situation in Hai Phong - the third largest city of Vietnam, the most important deep sea port of the North with large scale marine measures, the warehousing and storage centre will gather and distribute goods, as well as become a door attracting partners who are operating effectively in the transportation system. This is the core target in the development strategy of Damco in the North of Vietnam. With total area in Phase 1 of 8,000 sqm., constructed with high quality, international standard and C-TPAT, the storage centre in Hai Phong will help customers access basic service like goods management, collecting and distributing goods, handling with orders, identifying product codes, providing and transporting goods. Moreover, the centre will also provide added value service like road transportation both domestically and through borders. It is expected that in the next 3 years, the warehouse centre will reach 20,000 sqm., serving companies in fields of retail and garments with supply in the area.
 
Currently, trademark and prestige are the most important asset of HTM. The modern appearance of Hai Phong is also attributed to the company’s effort. Sizeable buildings in Hai Phong constructed by the company include the main building, the building for teaching, training and research of Hai Phong Medical University, etc. It is also the project owner of the trade complex in 2A - Le Hong Phong street - Hai Phong. This is a 15 storey building with floor area of 362.5 sqm each. Its design is modern, luxurious and creates an architectural emphasis of Hai Phong; smart elevator, air conditioning systems and other modern technology systems have ensured quality and standard of a trade complex.
