Since its establishment in 2004, Ham Thuan Bac Rural Power Joint Stock Company (PC Ham Thuan Bac) has strived to make investment into low voltage line, helping to raise electricity access according to Resolution of Provincial Party and District Party. By now, PC Ham Thuan Bac has succeeded in bringing the electricity to the rural area with the rate of 98 percent of households that have access to electricity.
