“Starting with a small facility, covering 300 square metres, the company quickly created a reputation and promoted growth. In 2011, the company invested in a new modern factory, covering 11,200 square metres, in Trang Bang district, Tay Ninh province. Currently, Thanh Danh’s production is now relatively stable. In the first month of 2014, the company’s revenue was VND13 billion, up 15 percent year on year. Apart from supplying the domestic market, Thanh Danh also exports its products to Japan and South Korea," he said.
Besides, with his good sense of market, right when he started to build the brand, CEO Truong Hien Danh outlined cross-cutting development strategies for Thanh Danh: Making continuous investment to upgrade and modernise machinery and equipment to diversify products and improve product quality to compete with imported products. In addition to producing joint automobile glass, joint construction glass, technical rubber products, rubber auto parts, heat-resistance rubber gasket, oil-resistance rubber gasket, pressure-resistance rubber gasket and bearings for ships and industrial machines, the company also manufactures high-tech plastic products for the market. To date, Thanh Danh is considered a leading producer and supplier of joint construction glass and windshields for construction industry. The firm has also invested a lot in auto parts production lines.
Thanh Danh always puts the quality atop in the face of economic crisis and fierce competition. The quality of its products is not inferior to foreign products, like Thailand, but its prices are much lower. The company only makes enough products for customers. With guaranteed quality and price, orders for the company increased 3-4 folds over 2014.
