CONINCO: Bright Star in International Cooperation

International cooperation has now become an inevitable trend and a prerequisite condition to improve competitiveness in the economic field in general and in the construction industry in particular. With the operating philosophy “Strengthening cooperation, thinking big," in 2014, the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO) continued to record great success in international cooperation and consultancy. In the fiercely competitive market economy, CONINCO’s achievements have demonstrated the right way of international cooperation that the company has chosen and substantiated the prestige, brand name and leadership of the company in construction consultancy in Vietnam.
 
In design consultancy, CONINCO has brought satisfaction and trust to customers with impressive, innovative, high-value consulting products and valuable cooperation with foreign partners. Notably, CONINCO won the first prizes for the architectural design of the Headquarters of the Supreme People's Procuracy and the Administrative Office and Centre of Viettel Group. The company was the design consulting contractor for the working office of MB Grand Tower of Military Bank, in cooperation with Japan’s Nihon Sekkei.
 
In project management consultancy and supervision, CONINCO has cooperated with foreign partners to carry out key national projects such as the House of the National Assembly, the Headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the National Convention Centre.
 
CONINCO has set up joint ventures with SEC Elevator Company to service elevators using leading Japanese technologies. Besides, CONINCO has established cooperation ties with big corporations like Nippon Steel & Sumikin Metal Products Company and Maruichi Steel Tube Company (Japan); Samyang System Group (South Koea); ERCOSPLAN Company (Germany); SGS Group (Switzerland); AF Consult (Switzerland) and Yooshin (South Korea); Yamato Protec Group; and Sekisui (Japan).
 
CONINCO also cooperates with universities and leading construction groups in the world to open training courses at the company. Many senior professors and top-tier specialists have been invited to be speakers at the company like professors from Saitama University (Japan), specialists from Nihon Sekkei Group (Japan)and Arup Company. Every year, CONINCO sends its officials and engineers to professional training courses in developed countries like Japan, England, France, Italy and South Korea.
 
CONINCO has also expanded its business operations in other countries in the region like Laos. In 2011, the company established CONINCO-Laos Co., Ltd in Vientiane. Each year, CONINCO advises on 4-5 major projects in Laos. Remarkable projects include the Office of Laotian Parliament, Laos National Sport Training Centre, Laos - Vietnam Friendship School, and Sekaman hydropower plant in Atapu province. These works have helped deepen friendship ties between Vietnam and Laos.
