Hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and obesity have become common diseases today. Cardiovascular problems, most of which are stroke or ischemic heart disease and hypertension in adults and causes 40 per cent of total deaths in Vietnam, tends to grow faster. This is caused by imbalance of nutrients and lack of vegetables and physical activity. This conclusion has been stated in research on nutrition-related diseases and interventions, made by Prof Dr Nguyen Thi Lam, Deputy Director of the National Institute of Nutrition.
Increasing cardiovascular disease and high mortality risk
Cardiovascular disease is now a problem facing many people. According to the statistics in recent years, the mortality and sequelae of the cardiovascular is increasing rapidly. According to the WHO, cardiovascular disease is one of the leading causes of death worldwide and becomes common in most developing countries. Every year, more people die from the heart disease and stroke than from other diseases like cancer, tuberculosis, malaria and HIV.

Prof Pham Gia Khai, Former Chairman of the Vietnam National Heart Association, said the incidence of the heart disease in Vietnam is very high. Vietnam probably has the highest morbidity and mortality. This disease is like a silent killer. Among the people with hypertension or cardiovascular complications, the vast majority do not know about the diseases. It is common that more and more people die of heart failure, arrhythmias, and coronary embolism.

Exceeding recommended calories meals
Improper eating and excessive calories will increase total blood cholesterol levels while increasing the risk of high blood pressure and coronary artery disease. If at the level of obesity, the cholesterol levels will skyrocket, especially leading to high blood pressure and diabetes. In many cases, obesity is linked with most of the illnesses, particularly heart disease. We can say the obesity is a risk factor, bringing on many other risk factors that can cause the disease.

Tobacco addiction
Smoking increases the risk of lung cancer as well as the heart disease. According to the study, smoking increases heart rate, tightening the large arteries and making an irregular heartbeat, which can lead to cardiac arrhythmias and more difficult cardiac activity. Smoking also increases blood pressure and the risk of stroke among people who have high blood pressure.

Along with nicotine and other chemicals, the carbon monoxide of cigarette is also harmful for the heart. These substances lead to plaque buildup in the arteries, leading to the cholesterol and fibrinogen - a blood clotting factor. This causes increased risk of blood clots and may lead to heart attack.

Lack of physical activity
Inactive people with low frequency of physical activity have more risk of heart attack than those who regularly exercise. The physical activity helps burn calories and control cholesterol levels and diabetes as well as lower blood pressure. Physical activities also enhance flexibility and make the heart muscle and arteries more flexible.

Too much dietary animal fat containing cholesterol
Cholesterol is a fatty substance available in the blood. The liver produces cholesterol to form cell membranes and create certain hormones. In addition to the cholesterol, the body also receives a dose of saturated cholesterol from food. These foods are originated from animal such as meat, eggs, animal organs, animal fat and dairy products.

Saturated fats increase the amount of "bad" cholesterol (LDL), creating plaque in the artery wall and beginning the process of atherosclerosis. When the plaque builds up in the coronary arteries that supply blood to the heart, this increases the risk of heart attack.

Using food to prevent heart disease
Heart disease risk will be decreased if we know certain food choices conducive to the heart health. Studies have shown that we can completely prevent and control the blood lipid disorders, ameliorate malnutrition by reasonable diet, avoiding high cholesterol foods, eating more fruit, increasing green vegetables, brown rice and plenty of water, eat fish regularly and supplement the fish products in the diet and do exercise regularly. Also, it is necessary to add Omega 3,6,9 fatty acids to the fish oil because fish oil can naturally reduce cholesterol effect and triglycerides and prevent the thrombosis. According to Dr Nguyen Thi Lam, it is important to use the fish oil to replenish natural nutrients, and the Ranee cooking oil is a solution.

With the composition and concentration of micro nutrients, the high-grade Ranee cooking oil shows great usefulness of this product line for cardiovascular health. Food maintains people's life but it also kills people we do not know or care much about food safety. Due to a refined modern technology without the use of chemicals in the process, the nutrients, which are naturally present in Premium Ranee cooking oil with the unsaturated fatty acids Omega 3,6,9, Vitamin A, E and other essential minerals, are really good for heart health. The composition of natural substances enables Ranee to be friendlier to the environment, the life and health of the community.
