Leading Path of Innovation to Promote Health Industry

Beijing Rogrand E-Commerce Co., Ltd. is a specialized pharmaceutical e-commerce service company in China, licensed with the Internet Drug Transaction Services Certificate. The company currently owns and operates the largest e-commerce platform in China for pharmaceutical supply chain, providing services and system support for clients with different needs –third-party B2B platform "mypharma.com", SAAS system "Fiiga" for terminal pharmacies and "My Clinic" mobile service platform for terminal clinics.

Rogrand EC was founded by Ms. Xiaofei Yao in 2011, and she led the team growing from 30 to 400 people in less than 3 years. The company now covers 28 provinces

throughout the country, serving more than 100 industrial pharmaceutical companies, 1,500 commercial pharmaceutical companies, and 15,000 pharmacies. Rogrand EC, as the only pharmaceutical supply chain platform servicing the whole industry chain and covering the whole country, had achieved a total online transaction of 22.4 billion RMB in 2016, and the volume is expected to exceed 50 billion RMB this year.

To promote the development and innovation of Chinese health industry, Ms.Yao initiated and founded the “Healthcare Industry Innovation Alliance” (HIIA) in 2016. Ms.Yao, as a representative of the Chinese pharmaceutical industry (also as the first female entrepreneur of the industry in China) was invited to attend the APEC meeting last November in Peru, and she delivered a keynote speech sharing the concept and strategy interpretation of HIIA to the APEC audience. The establishment of HIIA, showcased the kick-

start of the innovative development of the Chinese health industry. The Alliance develops a complete ecology system connecting the government, industries, academics, and Chinese and foreign enterprises, integrating resources and improving efficiency across the industry, jointly drives the innovation, upgrade, and promotes the international demonstration of the up-to-date development, of the Chinese big health industry.
