This initiative is in line with our long-term strategy of collaborating with reputable organizations to help improve Vietnamese's overall health and stature by disseminating essential knowledge on health, wellness and nutrition among the community."

Mr. Tran Tuan Linh, Editor-in-Chief of Suc Khoe Doi Song, Head of the Organizing Committee said: “The objective of the Community Nutrition Day is to help raise the public’s awareness of the role of nutrition in physical and intellectual development and enable people to access essential knowledge on personalized nutrition for family members. In addition, the event also highlighted the role of community nutrition models in helping people adopt healthy habits. Many studies show that support from groups can have a significant impact on individuals’ health through consistency in timing, motivation, and inspiration.

At the Community Nutrition Day, visitors were given the opportunity for direct interaction with nutrition and health experts and receive advice on how to have better physiques through nutrition and fitness. In addition, the event also included nutrition knowledge and physical activity with 20 teams competing on nutrition knowledge and sports performance/exercise (such as aerobic dance, aerobics, Zumba, gymnastics, etc.) to promote healthy active lifestyles.
