Schaeffler has once again been honored among Vietnam Best Places to Work 2025, according to the annual survey conducted by Anphabe and verified by Intage Vietnam. This marks the third consecutive year that Schaeffler has achieved this prestigious recognition, underscoring the company’s sustained commitment to cultivating an inspiring, inclusive, and innovation-driven workplace for talents in Vietnam.

Based on the evaluation of more than 66,000 professionals across 650 companies in 18 industries nationwide and a rigorous independent assessment by Anphabe and Intage Vietnam, Schaeffler continued its strong performance across multiple categories. The company rose to 4th place in the Engineering, Machinery, and Mechanical sector, advanced to 8th in the Manufacturing & Processing industry, and maintained its 23rd position among Vietnam’s Top 100 Best Places to Work - Medium Enterprises.
The rankings stem from a comprehensive, independent analysis of employee feedback and workplace data conducted by Anphabe and Intage Market Research Company, under the auspices of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The methodology evaluates enterprises across critical dimensions including employee satisfaction, innovation capacity, inclusiveness, and organizational culture to establish one of the most trusted benchmarks for workplace excellence in Vietnam.

“This recognition validates Schaeffler's persistent efforts in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent”, said Ms. Nguyen Hong Yen, Country HR Manager of Schaeffler Vietnam. “At Schaeffler, we believe that people are the driving force behind every success. Being recognized among Vietnam Best Places to Work for the third consecutive year reaffirms our commitment to fostering an inclusive and forward-looking workplace - one where our employees are empowered to learn, lead, and grow together”.
The accolade reinforces Schaeffler’s strategic focus on building a professional environment anchored in five core strategic initiatives:
People who shape the future: Attract the best talents, foster career growth and offer attractive benefits to realize the people’s full potential.
Skills as competitive edge: Equip the workforce with cutting-edge skills to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving environment.
Culture that connects: Build an inclusive corporate culture to promote employee engagement and a sense of belonging.
Leaders who inspire: Develop visionary leaders who drive business success and empower teams to achieve excellence.
Enablers to create impact: Advanced HR products and services for data-driven, strategic and efficient decision making.
In Vietnam, the pillars of People and Skills remain central to empowering employees and ensuring the company’s sustainable growth.

For instance, since 2020, Schaeffler Vietnam has implemented the German Standard Apprenticeship Program, offering young technical talents a combination of theoretical and hands-on training at Schaeffler’s manufacturing plant in Bien Hoa.
Building on this foundation, Schaeffler continues to strengthen its connection with universities and young professionals through partnerships and career initiatives. The company collaborates with VinUniversity and RMIT University, and participates in events such as the German Career Day 2025, and the German Career Truck Tour 2025, creating platforms that connect local talents with career opportunities at leading German enterprises.
To equip employees with the right capabilities to thrive in an evolving business landscape, Schaeffler organized specialized training programs encompassing leadership development, problem-solving, managerial coaching, collaboration and teamwork, conflict resolution, and train-the-trainer courses. Notably, 30% of these programs were conducted by Schaeffler’s own certified in-house trainers, who previously completed the company’s international coaching and facilitation programs.
Complementing this is the Mendix Citizen Developer Initiative, a global low-code program that empowers employees to build and configure applications that improve operational efficiency. As of 2025, the Asia-Pacific region reached a milestone of 100 certified Mendix citizen developers.
Reflecting on the progress, Ms. Nguyen Hong Yen added: “This achievement represents our People Strategy with the ambition to integrate people and drive for an innovative future. It is our long-term vision to make Schaeffler a truly inspiring place to build a meaningful career”.
