Under the agreement, six existing Wink hotels – Wink Saigon Centre, Wink Danang Centre, Wink Danang Riverside, Wink Tuy Hoa Beach, Wink Can Tho Centre, and Wink Hai Phong Centre – have officially been rebranded as Unscripted by Hyatt, increasing the total number of Hyatt hotels in Vietnam from four to ten. Additionally, a new hotel, Wink Hanoi Westlake, is scheduled to open in late 2026. In total, the seven Wink hotels will offer over 2,000 rooms in key resort locations across Vietnam.

Stephen Ho, President of Greater China & Growth, Asia Pacific at Hyatt, said: "The partnership with Indochina Kajima and Wink marks a significant milestone in Hyatt's strategy to expand its brand presence in the dynamic Vietnamese market. The Unscripted by Hyatt brand is an ideal choice, perfectly suited to Wink's modern, tech-savvy, and community-oriented style. We are delighted to bring this fresh and innovative brand to a new generation of Vietnamese and international travelers."

As part of Hyatt's Essentials portfolio, the premium Unscripted by Hyatt brand is designed for flexibility and easy conversion, allowing independent hotels to retain their unique identity while accessing Hyatt's robust systems and global platform. This enables hotels like Wink to transition without operational disruption, while leveraging Hyatt's global scale and its award-winning World of Hyatt loyalty program, which currently boasts over 61 million members.

Established in 2021, Wink is a Vietnamese lifestyle hotel brand distinguished by its sophisticated design, sustainable operations, and technology-driven services, embodying the spirit of modern Vietnam. Celebrating local culture while catering to the travel needs of a connected generation, Wink builds its unique identity with creative spaces, independent character, and distinctive experiences at each hotel, while maintaining Hyatt-standard service quality through its Unscripted by Hyatt model.

Michael Piro, CEO of Indochina Capital and Wink, said, "Wink is built on the belief that Vietnamese travelers deserve to experience hotels with modern design, technology, and a unique character. Joining the Unscripted by Hyatt brand helps us broaden this vision while retaining Wink's distinctive elements: contemporary style, sustainable values, and a modern Vietnamese style with a touch of nostalgia."

Since opening its first hotel, Wink Saigon Centre, in March 2021, Wink has quickly become a popular hotel chain nationwide thanks to its sophisticated and vibrant design, combining contemporary aesthetics with traditional Vietnamese craftsmanship and color palettes, along with a modern technology system supporting quick check-in, smart rooms, and an optimal experience for the mobile-first generation. Simultaneously, Wink pursues sustainable development with LEED Gold standards, minimizing single-use plastics, creating a modern Vietnamese space with a touch of nostalgia, and offering unexpected experiences that leave a unique mark on guests.
