Covering approximately 140 ha, Corn Hill Golf & Resort, located in Luc Nam Ward and Bac Lung Commune, Bac Ninh City, is moving ahead with construction. The project aims to open all 36 golf holes by the end of the third quarter of 2027, adding a new golf and resort destination to the local tourism sector.
Corn Hill Golf & Resort offers premium sports and relaxation facilities to elevate the visitor experience
Tourism development involves not only making the most of existing advantages but also creating new attractions that draw visitors and leave a lasting impression. Alongside cultural, historical, and scenic sites, golf tourism offers a combination of sports, relaxation, and related services, giving visitors more options.
The value of golf tourism lies not only in the golf course itself but also in its ability to encourage longer stays, connect related services, and enhance the visitor experience. By combining golf and resort facilities, Corn Hill Golf & Resort is expected to offer a distinctive experience in the Luc Nam area and help to tap Bac Ninh's tourism potential.
The project received in-principle investment approval from the Prime Minister under Decision 838/QD-TTg dated June 15, 2020. The approval was later revised under Decision 358/QD-UBND dated April 10, 2023, Decision 213/QD-STC dated June 11, 2025, and Decision 2546/QD-UBND dated September 15, 2026.
The modern 140-ha facility integrates high-end services to encourage longer visitor stays
Truong An Luc Nam Golf Joint Stock Company is accelerating construction, with work on 27 golf holes currently underway. The company aims to bring all 36 holes into operation by the end of the third quarter of 2027.
Completing construction is only the first step; service quality and operational standards will determine the project's long-term appeal. Integrating golf with resort facilities and linking the project with nearby attractions and services will help maximize investment returns and create more opportunities for the local tourism sector.
With its scale and clear development plans, Corn Hill Golf & Resort is expected to support golf tourism in Bac Ninh, improve visitor experiences, and broaden the city's tourism offerings.
