"Post-equitised Business Restructure & Role of Financial Institutions" Seminar
The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) cooperated with Mekong Capital to hold a seminar on Post-equitised Business Restructure and Role of Financial Institutions in early June 2008 with 200 participants.
According to VCCI, the seminar helped enterprises to understand and identify the necessity of restructuring to attract investment capital and clean up corporate financial situations; thus, improving business performances. This is also a chance for enterprises to meet specialists and concerned institutions to seek suitable orientations for business restructure.
VCCI delegates presented corporate restructure situations in Vietnam and introduced orientations in the coming time. The State Capital Investment Corp (SCIC) also presented its remarks and requirements during corporate restructure. Mekong Capital representatives sent effective investment strategies as well as the benefits of Vietnam Azalea Fund (VAF).
