Invitation to Attend the Forum “FDI Connect – FDI Connect 2026”

In the context of global supply chains entering a period of strong restructuring, Vietnam is assessed as a strategic destination, possessing all the necessary conditions to receive the new generation of investment flows. In order to create a space for direct and substantive dialogue and connection among the Government – local authorities – FDI enterprises – Vietnamese enterprises, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), in coordination with the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh Province, is organizing the Forum “FDI Connect – FDI Connect 2026” under the theme “Towards Sustainable Global Supply Chains.”

Time: April 24–25, 2026

Venue: Kinh Bac Cultural Center, Bac Ninh Province

The Forum is organized under the patronage of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, with the participation and coordination of diplomatic representative agencies, international organizations, and domestic and international business associations. The Forum is expected to attract approximately 600 delegates who are leaders of the Party, the State, ministries, sectors, and localities; FDI corporations and Vietnamese enterprises in the supply chain, along with more than 40 domestic and international press agencies, ensuring wide dissemination of information on Vietnam’s policies and investment environment.

Through the Forum, participating agencies, enterprises, and partners will have the opportunity to directly access leaders of ministries, sectors, and localities; update policy directions, incentive mechanisms, and the list of projects calling for FDI; and expand connections with FDI corporations and strategic partners in the global supply chain. At the same time, this will also be an occasion for VCCI to compile recommendations from the business community and report to Party and Government leaders in order to further improve the quality of FDI attraction in the coming period, and to move towards celebrating the Traditional Day of VCCI (April 27, 1963 – April 27, 2026).
