Japan-Vietnam Business Forum to Open in Japan, Says Ambassador
Japan will hold a Japan-Vietnam business forum to introduce potentials and cooperation opportunities for business circles in Japan, Special Japanese Ambassador Sigi Ryotaro said on November 6.
Sigi Ryotaro who is on visit to Vietnam told Ho Duc Viet, a member of Vietnam’s politburo and head of the party’s central committee’s organization, Voice of Vietnam said.
Ho Duc Viet highly valued Vietnam’s cultural week in Japan and pinpointed great potentials for bilateral cooperation.
Vietnam and Japan are on track to preparation to sign the economic partnership agreement as part of boosting bilateral trade to US$17 billion in 2010 from US$11.7 billion in 2007.
Japan is among Vietnam’s biggest international donors. (VoV)
