Vietnam Capital City FDI Attraction +53.3 per cent to US$5 Bln This Year
Vietnam's capital city of Hanoi has said it has licensed 300 FDI projects with total registered capital of US$5 billion, down 17.8 per cent in project numbers and up 53.3 per cent in terms of capital.
Of the total number of projects, Hanoi authorities licensed 270 new FDI projects amounted at US$4.4 billion and 30 FDI projected added with US$600 million.
Currently, a number of huge FDI projects are in paperwork completion process, including Yamaha's increasing capital to US$100 million, US$250 million wastewater treatment factory of BT mode, and US$1 billion Hanel-Berjeya IT project on outskirts. (KTDT)
