Vietnam Estimated to Import $10.6B Machines, Equipment in Jan-November
Vietnam is estimated to have spent $10.6 billion on importing machines and equipment in the first eleven months of this year, down 10.3% from a year earlier.
The figure accounts for 17.22% of the country’s total import value during the period, the General Statistics Office (GSO) said.
In November, Vietnam imports $1.1 billion worth of the products, down 6.78% on month, the GSO estimated.
During the Jan-Nov period, the country is estimated to have earned $1.76 billion from exported machines and equipment, up 2.3% on year, including $200 million in Nov., down 1.47% on month. (GSO)
