Vietnam Exports to Italy Fall 6.03% to $319.93M in Jan-May
Vietnam’s exports to Italy fell 6.03% to $319.93 million in the first five months, including $66.66 million in May, up 3.41% on-year.
Footwear was the Southeast Asian nation’s biggest cash earner of $75.43 million, up 9.73% on-year, the Ministry of Industry and Trade said.
The country’s other main exports were coffee worth $49 million, down 47.56% on-year, seafood worth $46.57 million, up 12.26% and apparel worth $29.19 million, down 23.11%.
Vietnam earned $804.63 million from exports to Italy in 2009, down 19.76% on-year.
