Vietnam Firm to Launch $564.1M Tourism Complex in Central This Year
Dai Thanh Quang Ltd., Co will put the first phase of a tourism complex worth VND11 trillion ($564.1 million) into operation in Vietnam’s central province of Binh Thuan in the fourth quarter of this year.
Covering an area of 278 hectares, the Legend Sea complex will include a hotel, resort, a mini golf course, high-end villas and other entertainment facilities, the Vietnam News Agency said Tuesday.
Dai Thanh Quang started construction on the project in last March, an official from the company said without giving other details about the completion schedule of the whole project.
Binh Thuan welcomed more than 1.46 million visitors and earned tourism revenues of VND1.33 billion between Jan and July, up 14.22% and 31.33% on year, respectively.
The locality aims to attract 2.5 million domestic and international tourists this year. (VNS)
