Vietnam - Czech Republic Business Forum

The Vietnam - Czech Republic Business Forum is scheduled to open in Hanoi on September 27, 2010 in Hanoi. The forum, to be jointly held by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Czech Chamber of Commerce, aims at strengthening commercial and economic ties between the two countries and facilitating Vietnamese and Czech companies to meet, exchange information and seek partners.

 

According to the VCCI, Czech visitors are large companies operating in the fields of banking, construction, geology, mining, metallurgy, environment, energy, engineering, steel, security equipment, health services, biotechnology, chemicals, foodstuffs and textiles. Mr Milan Hovorka, Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, will lead the Czech delegation.

 

The forum concurs with the second course of the inter-government committee on economic, commercial, scientific and technological cooperation between Vietnam and Czech. This is a chance for companies of both nations to seek, forge and expand business relations.
