Improving Company Directors’ Leadership

In April 2011, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) will coordinate with the National Economics University to organise a long-term training course called “Fostering knowledge for company directors” in Hai Phong City. Attendants to the 10-month course are directors, deputy directors and future leaders.

 

The course content consists of basic business management and operation topics: Market economy; international business; business administration; tax matters; communication and presentation skills; SME administration experience; corporate finance management; negotiation and dealing arts; corporate culture building; feng shui knowledge in business strategy; leadership; etc.

 

With the course, trainees will have better business administration abilities and knowledge to run business and expand relative cooperation.

 

After the course, trainees are certified by the Hanoi National Economics University according to the standards of the Ministry of Education and Training.
