Vietnam - South Korea Business Exchange

On April 19 and 20, 2011, the Ho Chi Minh City Office of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Vietnam Business Institute hosted a business exchange meeting for Vietnamese and South Korean companies in Ho Chi Minh City. The event, held at Floor 5, No. 8 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, District 1, came under the coordination of Korea Industrial Complex (KICOX) and Hoa Xinh Co., Ltd.

 

The meeting aimed to provide opportunities for companies of the two countries to strengthen their ties. 12 South Korean enterprises operating in the fields of electronics, mechanical engineering, information technology attended the event.

 

Mr Bui Vuong Anh, Deputy Director of Vietrade HCM City Office, said: said: "The exchange is an opportunity for Vietnamese and South Korean businesses to meet and sign agreements and contracts on the basis of goodwill, long-term cooperation and mutual benefit.”
