Not only being an excellent and successful businesswoman, she is also a kind and benevolent lady, proven by her active participation in social and charitable activities. Her philanthropic activities and those of Nhan Binh Joint Stock Company have brought joy, love and energy for many of those less fortunate.
Deeply passionate for construction works
I met her in the final days of the Year of the Snake, when people were busy preparing for the New Year of the Horse. Perhaps, like other people, she wanted to rest to prepare for a decent New Year and family reunion. So busy with her work, she could arrange the meeting with us in those days. She is a respectful senior business leader and a soft and subtle woman of her family. More than 10 years harbouring the desire “Build solid works - Build peaceful life" and developing “Nhan Binh” brand, she has lived and thrived with high-rise buildings, urban infrastructure systems, transportation works, irrigation systems and many other projects invested by various sectors all over the country. Projects undertaken by her company increase in scale, require more sophisticated techniques, and cover more industries. Typical projects include the head office of the Department of Finance and the Department of Industry and Trade of Thai Binh province; CT4 and CT6 resettlement zones in Tu Liem district, Hanoi; President Ho Chi Minh Monument in Vu Thu district, Thai Binh province; A Sao relic site in Quynh Phu district, Thai Binh province; Tu Chau Bridge in Thanh Oai district, Hanoi; a road leading to Gia Lam Cultural House, Hanoi; Hai Hau sea dyke in Nam Dinh province; Hong Ha dyke; Dyke 5 and Dyke 6 in Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province; Sa Dec embankment, My An Hung B embankment in Dong Thap province; and Duc Hanh garment factory of Duc Giang Corporation.

A benevolent woman
After her eventful and hectic business works, the family is always a place where she can feel peace of mind. Therefore, no matter how busy she is, she always tries her best to finish her works to return home to prepare dinner for her happy family. When asked whether it is the family or the career she would choose if she could pick only one, she replied without any hesitation that “I choose my family. For any woman, the family is the most important thing in life. The vocation of a woman is to care and build up her family. Hence, family harmony and peace is the solid foundation for a woman to make progress in her career. No matter how she does in society and regardless of her position, she must fulfil the vocation of a daughter, a wife and a mother.” Besides, Ms Dinh is active in social activities. Late in the Year of the Snake, Nhan Binh Joint Stock Company presented gifts to disabled kids, AO victims and the homeless elderly in Thai Binh province-based Social Protection Centre. On behalf of her company, she handed gifts in kind and in cash to the centre, specifically one tonne of rice, 50 barrels of noodles, 20 kg of pork, 50 litres of cooking oil, 76 boxes of east fungus medicines, 6 boxes of Dealac powdered milk, 10 barrels of fresh milk, one barrel of candy, and many others. The company also gave VND10 million to the centre for the New Year Party.
