Halloween Bash cum Thank-you Party in Amara Hotel Saigon

After eight years of operation in Ho Chi Minh City, Amara Hotel Saigon held its first ever Halloween Party in Big Bang on October 30 as a private function, converted its Ballroom into "Cave" to create the atmosphere. The idea was spearheaded by General Director, Mr. R. Marran, and backed by all the head of department and staff.

The event attracted more than 400 party goers, a mixture of foreigners and locals from diplomatic, airlines, travel agents, corporate clients and business associations attending the party in Halloween costumes. Most guests participated in fun-filled games and dance for the evening.

It was told that the Engineering Department took three days to set-up through in-house talent without outside assistance. It was simply outstanding and spice-it up with wonderful buffet spread. Amara Hotel Saigon is always one of the favorite wedding venue for many couples, but this move is to show that Amara staff are able to balance "Work hard and Play hard" concept that we are now focusing. The management is working out on bringing up the Gems of their people and to show that every staff is important in the team.

The residence band from the Philippines was at their peak and the performance was stunning. The grand finale was the theme song by Michael Jackson; Thriller with five witches as a back-up dancer and took control of the entertainment. The flows of music, dance and games filled up the whole evening and it’s simply not an easy task to end the evening.

Through team work, Amara Hotel has come up with such ideas which turn up to be successful events.  This is one of the successful event this year after launching its in-house wedding fair, night bazaar, Jumbo Sales, Lifestyle campaign to name a few.

"As a whole, we are pleased that most of our invitees came and enjoyed themselves based on their departing remarks gathered," General Director Mr. R. Marran said. "The positive response encourages us into planning another party… Count-down 2005!"
