HCM City, Rotterdam Cooperate in Climate Change
Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Le Hoang Quan and Mayor of the Netherlands’ Rotterdam City Ahmed Aboutaleb recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a cooperation programme on climate change from 2015-2018.
The two cities will share experiences in applying climate change response measures, designing plans and attracting public involvement. Besides, they will work to organise exchanges between their sectors, agencies and institutes.
