Huawei Showcases LTE Capabilities at Southeast Asia LTE Summit 2015
Huawei Group recently hosted the Huawei Southeast Asia LTE Summit 2015 in Bangkok, Thailand.
During the event, Huawei showcased its LTE TDD, Small Cell and antenna & IBS products and demonstrated how the deployment of these technologies impact the networks and maximize spectrum efficiency in Southeast Asia.
Mr David Sun, President and CEO of Huawei Southeast Asia Region, commented “With our proven track record of deploying 189 LTE networks globally, more and more operators have seen Huawei as a trusted strategic partner for their network transformation. To address the increasing growth in data traffic and rising demand for mobile broadband coverage, operators in Southeast Asia have been looking into ways to adopt advanced wireless network solutions and LTE technologies.”
Huawei Southeast Asia LTE Summit 2015 was attended by representatives from Thailand National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), GSMA Asia, Global Mobile Suppliers Association and Qualcomm, as well as leading global operators and service providers such as Spark NZ and HKT.
