Belgium’s Senate President to Visit Vietnam

 

The visit of the Senate President and her delegation to Vietnam is an opportunity for further exchange of experience and for deepening cooperation between the two legislatures, hence contributing considerably to enhance the sound relationship between the two countries and their people. Belgium attaches a great importance to parliamentary diplomacy in strengthening bilateral ties in various sectors of mutual potential, strength and needs, particularly in economy, commerce, investment, culture, innovation, education and training.

 

During the visit, the Senate President will have an official meeting with Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Sinh Hung as well as a meeting with Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung. The President will also meet Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh, Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh; Minister of Education and Training Pham Vu Luan.
