Developing green urban spaces is a distinct and integral part of Sao Mai Group's real estate development strategy.

Working toward urban green
An ongoing industry-wide conference on green strategy in Ho Chi Minh City is drawing the attention of many environmentalists and major real estate groups.

A controversy between urban architecture planners and property giants is how to balance urban development and preservation of natural resources and cultural legacies.

Whether they like or not, these challenges force investors to face or rather keep the green space in the global urban explosion. Green stories have never been “less green” in all environmental conferences. Speaking another way, it is important to reconcile benefits and profits when each stakeholder faces pressure for growth and well-being sustainability.

Joining the “green strategy” for urban development, Sao Mai Group has fully demonstrated its determination for humanity goals. More than 100 property, tourism, trade centre or office building projects invested by Sao Mai Group in 12 provinces across the country are filled with green, the token of human life in nature.

“All projects, irrespective of their scale, spare about 40 per cent of the area for public works such as green parks, amusement parks, schools and hospitals, let alone the land for power grid, water systems, traffic routes, drains and sidewalks for pedestrians,” a representative of the group said.

Locations and architectures of Sao Mai Group property chains feature unity, science and progress that illustrate the foresight and the humanity of their investor Sao Mai Group. Each project is not only a place for every resident, but also a place that generates profitable value for customers at all times.

Nhut Hong, the most elegant urban area in Ca Mau province, is a prime example of Sao Mai Group’s commitments. Opening for sale less than a year ago, more than 100 customers have registered to purchase. Nguyen Thi Huong, a citizen in Ca Mau City, said, “Nhut Hong has a beautiful location. 16-metre wide Road No. 1 will be connected to National Highway 1A this year, elevating this estate to a new level. Thus, I decided to make a bold investment in this hot project.”

Mr Tran Ngoc Tho, Deputy Director of Ca Mau Investment and Construction Project Management Committee, said, “From now to the end of 2018, the committee will urgently speed up site clearance for road construction to be commenced in 2019. The budget for this work is ready.”

Green growth
In the second quarter of 2018, Sao Mai Group’s real estate revenue grew by nearly 40 per cent from a year earlier, mainly sourced from residential land. Choosing products affordable for customers and striving for sustainable development are the criteria for Sao Mai Group to achieve impressive results.

Sao Mai Group - a well-established brand - is always rejuvenated by content-rich, innovative ideas that convey the vitality of human values to the community.

Committed to keeping green in the seaside city or opening the door to spiritual tourism masterpieces is always expressed in every construction sketch in each real estate project. Drawing green city maps to execute a series of solutions to promote sustainable development values is a core element that benefits both the people and the environment.

Recently, Official Announcement 1739/TB-UBND of the Trieu Son District People’s Committee - Thanh Hoa province stated that Sao Mai - Xuan Thinh New Urban Area is a residential land allowed to issue certificates of long-term land-use rights for customers and to use, transfer or sell as owners wish.

This document confirms the sovereignty of Sao Mai Group when it successfully builds a model urban area unprecedented in Trieu Son. The green design in the modern city is placed on top. Wherein, the green landscape has made Sao Mai - Xuan Thinh New Urban Area a new urban centre of Trieu Son in the very near future.
