Mr Tran Ngoc Tho, Deputy Director of Ca Mau Investment and Construction Project Management Committee, said, “From now to the end of 2018, the committee will urgently speed up site clearance for road construction to be commenced in 2019. The budget for this work is ready.”

In the second quarter of 2018, Sao Mai Group’s real estate revenue grew by nearly 40 per cent from a year earlier, mainly sourced from residential land. Recently, Official Announcement 1739/TB-UBND of the Trieu Son District People’s Committee - Thanh Hoa province stated that Sao Mai - Xuan Thinh New Urban Area is a residential land allowed to issue certificates of long-term land-use rights for customers and to use, transfer or sell as owners wish.
This document confirms the sovereignty of Sao Mai Group when it successfully builds a model urban area unprecedented in Trieu Son. The green design in the modern city is placed on top.
