Representatives of the Ministry of Planning and Investment and Ministry of Finance recently signed with representatives of KFW Bank (Germany) a credit agreement for an SME development programme.
It is within the framework of the annual German development programme for Vietnam. The programme is funded by ADB (US$60 million), AFD (Euro35 million) and KFW (Euro14 million). The assistance is aimed at stepping up administrative reform, developing market information and accelerating the granting of land use rights.
