Throughout 17 years of operation (2006-2023), ANHUCO has grown steadily, now with five affiliated enterprises, 10 specialized departments, a total of 2,677 employees, 56 industrial sewing lines with more than 4,200 machines and equipment of all kinds manufactured by famous brands such as Juki, Brother and Hashima. Powered by a modern machinery and equipment system, every year, the company supplies the market with more than 6.5 million products with diverse designs, including adult clothing and children's clothing such as skirts, dresses, shirts, trousers, jackets, sportswear, vests, blazers and suits.

Since its inception, ANHUCO has deeply integrated and participated in the global supply chain. To achieve this success, an unchanged principle of the company is always keeping credibility with partners and customers by ensuring product quality and delivery time. ANHUCO has focused investment on modernizing infrastructure, factories, machinery, equipment and production automation, linked with building a synchronous quality management system, from material facilities to governance level, to enhance performance, reduce time, lower cost and increase profit for the company. The company actively creates a friendly and professional working environment where employees can bring into full play their inherent capacities. Simultaneously, to optimize its FOB production to enhance competitive advantages, ANHUCO also actively seeks large customers and stable orders for production. Currently, 100% of ANHUCO's exports are suits and high-end fashion for adults (women's fashion accounts for 85%), outstandingly featured by famous brands in the world such as Tommy, CK, Dkny, Gap and Oldnavy. 91.5% of its exports are destined for the US market and 8.5% are for European and Asian markets.

Overcoming difficulties to achieve all tasks

ANHUCO General Director Huynh Thi Khiet said, 2022 was really a rough year of business for ANHUCO, stemming from unpredictable global and domestic economic fluctuations. However, with its right, flexible, creative and drastic approach by the Board of Directors and the Executive Board, together with the effort and consensus of all employees, ANHUCO managed to overcome all obstacles and successfully completed its impressive targets. The total output reached more than 6.5 million products of all kinds, up 5.7% over 2021. The revenue fulfilled 114.4% of the yearly plan and grew by 26.7% year on year. The export value was 84.7% higher than that in 2021. The average monthly income of an employee was VND6.3 million, 1.6% higher than in 2021.

The above success results from the timely attention and direction of provincial leaders, departments, agencies, branches and localities that have persistently accompanied ANHUCO to implement its business goals and business strategies; the support and loyalty of traditional and new customers (in 2022, customers signed long-term contracts, enabling the company to stabilize production and ensure improved incomes for workers). The brand prestige and position of ANHUCO has also been increasingly affirmed in the textile and garment market of Phu Yen province and various countries in the world.

In addition, always achieving all business targets beyond expectation in today's fiercely competitive apparel market is also a testament to the acumen and closeness of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of ANHUCO in the current administration, determination and effort of all employees of the company. Applying advanced technological processes and technical innovation initiatives into production practices has brought about high business performance. ANHUCO has its revenue, profit and assets grow year by year. Thus, its payroll for employees and tax payments to the State coffers increase annually, helping boost economic development and ensure social security.

With outstanding achievements and contributions, in 2022, ANHUCO was honored to be recognized as the Company of “Safety, security and order” by the Phu Yen Provincial People’s Committee as per Decision 1547/QD-UBND dated December 22, 2022; awarded the Certificate of Merit for outstanding achievements in building corporate culture and taking care of jobs and life for workers in 2022 by the Phu Yen Confederation of Labor; presented the Certificate of Merit for outstanding achievements in carrying out social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance in the 2017-2021 period by the Vietnam Social Security; and awarded Certificate of Merit for excellent achievements in business performance, state obligations and social security by Tuy Hoa City People's Committee on the 18th anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day. In addition, ANHUCO is proud to be in the Top 50 Brands in Vietnam voted by the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association.
