More than 40 villas out of 130 ones with sizes from 300 –700 sq.m under the part one of Flamingo Dai Lai Resort have been sold out so far. These villas are placed next to Dai Lai lake, streams or hidden in the forest. In December 2005, roads and infrastructure of the part one were basically completed.
Hung Vuong International Cooperation and Construction Investment company on November 30, 2005 officially signed MoU with Korean Investor for the investment in the resort hotel complex at the resort with scale of 200 rooms, 500 seats multi function room, restaurant, sport and entertainment facilities.
The company is currently investing in building Flamingo Tower (Office and Convention Center) on a total site area of 1,087 sq.m and total construction area of 7,400 sq.m. The building consists of 16 floors, in which 1st floor is for services business (banking, insurance, tourism services), 2nd to 15th floor are offices for lease and 16th floor is multi-function conference hall. The building supposed to be completed in July 2007 and expected to create many opportunities for investors as well as companies that have the demand of long-term office lease.
