The project, with capital from the Investment Consultant and Enterprise Support Service Joint Stock Company (INCONESS), will cover 2,185 hectares in Dong Son commune, Tam Diep township. It will include an entertainment complex, a mini-world park and an international-standard golf course.

Currently, there are three golf courses operational in northern Vietnam, namely the Dong Mo golf course in Ha Tay, Chi Linh course in Hai Duong province, and Tam Dao in Vinh Phuc province.

By late 2005, Vietnam already had more than ten operational golf courses and 13 others under construction. (Labour, Vietnam Panorama)
