Vietnam, Laos, Thailand Eye Closer Tourism Ties
Central Quang Tri province of Vietnam, the Savannakhet province of Laos and Mucdahan province of Thailand have agreed to work on tourism development to more efficiently tap the Caravan tours to the three provinces.
A memorandum of understanding to this effect was signed by the three provinces’ leaders at the third meeting on tourism cooperation between Quang Tri, Savannakhet and Mucdahan provinces held in Quang Tri, July 27.
Under the MoU, the three provinces will work together to hold a festival and other activities to boost tourism.
