Truong Thanh Furniture to Sell Shares to Public

Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation held an introduction about its new share sale tranche. Accordingly, Truong Thanh will offer 2.8 million shares in total to public at an initial price of VND75,000 each share.

 

The auction will be organised on October 1, 2007 at Hochiminh Securities Exchange (HOSE). The capital mobilisation will help Truong Thanh expand and develop its production and business in the coming time. The Binh Duong province-based company will also use proceeds to build a new plant in Tan Uyen district of Binh Duong province, planting 50,000 hectares of forest to supply materials for the production.

 

As the end of August, Truong Thanh which was previously listed in TopTen of companies with highest wood export earnings (including FDI companies) was named in TopFive list.
