The Canadian Education Fairs

The Canadian Education Fairs in Vietnam were organised by the Embassy of Canada in Vietnam and the Consulate General of Canada in Ho Chi Minh City, in cooperation with the Canadian Education Centre Network (CECN), on November 1 at the Horison Hotel, Hanoi and on November 3 in Ho Chi Minh City. Twenty-one Canadian educational institutions participated in both Fairs, including representatives from high schools, colleges, universities and technical institutes across Canada.

 

“Canada takes great pride in the high quality of its education system and we are honoured to be able to showcase an array of educational opportunities available in Canada,” said Ambassador Gabriel-M Lessard. “I hope that these Education Fairs will inspire you to consider coming to Canada for part of your education. It is a decision that you will not regret,” he added. The Fairs provided students and parents with the opportunity to meet and talk directly to school representatives. Prospective students could also find information about schools, study programmes, applications, scholarships and study permits from school representatives at the Fairs.
