BIDV, Eurowindow Sign Cooperation Deal

The Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and Eurowindow Holdings, a subsidiary of T&M Trans International Group of Companies, December 20 signed a comprehensive cooperation deal for the 2007-2012 period.

 

Under the agreement, BIDV will finance Eurowindow Holding projects by providing soft loans.

 

BIDV will loan Eurowindow Holding’s customers to buy apartments, villas, construction materials and home furniture supplied by Eurowindow’s member companies.

 

Eurowindow Holding, in turns, will provide services and products to BIDV and its branches nationwide, as well as take part in BIDV-invested projects.

 

The Vietnamese leading provider of uPVC windows with a capital of VND250 billion will also rent the bank business premises, office buildings, and give its services priority.

 

This year, BIDV is the only Vietnamese bank listed among Top 100 Asian Banks by Finance Asia magazine. The unlisted bank is a leading national financial institution and a member of a number of banking and financial organizations on regional and global scales. (Vietnam & World Economy, Vietnam Law)
