VND2,200 Billion Invested in Resort &18 Hole Golf Course

The Telecommunication and Cables Materials Company based in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park broke ground on the Sacom Resort at the Tuyen Lam lake tourist area in Da Lat city on July 28. The 270.88 ha resort is planned into two areas: the valley resort and golf course and the peninsula resort.

 

Under the project, an international standard 18 hole golf course, a 400-room five-star hotel, a 150-room four-star hotel, 400 villas, entertainment facilities, yacht clubs and a trade centre will be built. This VND2,200 billion capitalised project is scheduled to be completed by 2012.
