Maritime Bank Lends VND700 Billion to Real Estate Projects

With the principles of “Creating sustainable value”, helping small and medium-sized enterprises to approach capital sources for real estate projects, Maritime Stock Bank lent over VND700 billion to real estate projects in the country.
 
The bank lent more than VND300 billion to Fideco Tower project invested by the Foreign Trade Development & Investment Corp of HCM City (Fideco). This is a 20-storey office building with a total usage area of 12,000 square metres in the downtown of Ho Chi Minh City.
 
The lender also lent VND200 billion to Ecolake My Phuoc Urban Zone developed by Setia Becamex Joint Stock Company. The project, about 42 kilometres from HCM City, is built as an ecological urban area on 226 hectares.
 
Another loan of VND200 billion from Maritime Bank was offered to Ngoc Suong Joint Stock Co to build the five-star Alila Yen Bay resort in Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa province.
