CapitaLand Becomes Major Investor in Vietnam Real Estate

Singaporean real estate group, CapitaLand, has announced to invest SGD299 million to expand its operations in the Vietnamese real estate market in the coming time.
CapitaLand will give investment priority to housing segment. At present, the group is carrying out serviced apartment and high-end condo projects in major cities of Vietnam like Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Hai Phong. Upon their completion, these projects will supply some 3,000 residence units to the market.
 
CapitaLand has just offered to sell apartments in Mulberry Lane project which is located in Ha Dong district, Hanoi.
 
CapitaLand has recently joined hands with Thien Duc Co., Ltd to develop a 950-apartment, commercial centre and shopping centre complex in Thanh My Loi, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
 
At present, CapitaLand is focusing on the construction of The Vista project in An Phu Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. This project includes 850 serviced apartments, a commercial centre and offices for lease.
