Vietnam Faces 41 Trade Lawsuits to Date
Vietnam has so far faced 41 trade lawsuits relating to its exports. Of the sum, thirty four have been anti-dumping cases on seafood, footwear and some industrial products.
Vietnam has been ranked the seventh out of 100 countries and territories in the world in having to cope with the highest number of anti-dumping lawsuits.
Vietnam joined the WTO in early 2007. (CPV)
