Japan Tops among Importers of Vietnam Electric Wires & Cables in Oct
Japan took the lead for spending US$77.898 million on importing Vietnamese electric wires and cables in October, accounting for 11.67% of the goods export revenues in the month.
It was followed by the U.S. and the Philippines for spending US$11 million and US$2.8 million on importing electric wires and cables from Vietnam in October, respectively.
In Jan-Oct, Japan imported US$479.493 million worth of the Vietnamese goods in the first ten months of this year, down 22.49% from a year earlier
Vietnam will spend VND136 trillion (US$7.36 billion) on electrical equipment manufacturing between 2011 and 2015. (Trade & Industry)
