Overseas Vietnamese Keen on High-end Luxury Condos

The New Year meeting programme held at Sunrise apartment complex by Novaland drew the attendance of nearly 400 overseas Vietnamese. Through quick surveys into 163 attending overseas Vietnamese, the organiser found out that 98 of them were interested in possessing high-end apartments in Vietnam.

 

Commenting on the development of the Vietnamese real estate sector and the opportunity for overseas Vietnamese to buy houses in the homeland, representative of the Vietnam Real Estate Association Do Thi Loan said such projects as Sunrise City will help change the face of the city in the coming years.

 

“Stretching nearly 1 km on Nguyen Huu Tho Road, the high-grade trade centre at Sunrise City will be alike the Orchard Road in Singapore. Particularly, Pacific Star International Group, a manager of many commercial centres at Orchard Road, advised on the development of nearly 70,000 square metres for commercial areas, even Dong Khoi Road is now envious with the pomp and residence on Nguyen Huu Tho Road.”
