Techcombank Actively Examines ATM System Nationwide

Since April 2, Techcombank has been actively examining the entire ATM system of Techcombank nationwide. The examination started first in Hanoi and HCM city, where there are a large number of ATM.  Techcombank has directed its branches and Transaction Departments in other provinces to examine the local ATM system.

 

Currently Techcombank has about 700 ATMs in 39 cities and provinces nationwide. The planning and deployment process of Techcombank ATM system has three stages: Design - Execution - Examination.  The Design and Execution stages are handled by professional companies. The Examination stage is carried out by Techcombank ATM Operating Centre, thus always ensuring the ATM quality objectively and accurately.

 

Techcombank’s ATM system has been examined weekly by Techcombank fund management department with special devices. The examination is supervised and reported twice per week by the companies in charge of cleaning ATMs. Especially, Techcombank has built a plan and already started comprehensive examination and reinforcement of the ground connection system for ATMs before the rainy season.
