VIB Lends Buyers of Mulberry Lane Apartments
Vietnam International Bank (VIB) and Hoang Thanh CapitaLand Co., Ltd have recently signed a cooperation contract under which the lender committed to offer financial supports to buyers of condos at Mulberry Lane project in Ha Dong district, Hanoi.
VIB will finance up to 65 % of the contract value in case mortgages are assets in the contract. The fund will mount to 90 % of the contract value in case mortgaged assets come from other sources.
Since early 2010, VIB has continued to work with big real estate investors to provide soft home loans to their customers. Home buyers in Spring Life and Villa Park projects, both in Ho Chi Minh City, are beneficiaries of the lender.
